The Grand Old Man of Karnataka, Nittoor Srinivasa Rau...was a close associate of the noted publicist D.V. Gundappa and they worked together in various organisations such as the Gokhale Institute of Public Affairs. He was the president of the Gandhi Smarak Nidhi and also connected with the Gandhi Peace Foundation, the Aurobindo Society and the Karnataka Prakrirti Chikitsa Parishat. By A.
