The Antinomy of the Ultimate and the Other Sri Aurobindo deals with this antinomy when speaking of the One or God or Being that when one talks about creation, that is the creator and the thing created, or when one talks about the One or God or Being and the seeming multiplicity of the world or when one talks about karma and the void as in Buddhism or when one talks about karma and the One or God or Being, one only needs to think of a candle and its flame and its effluence of heat and warmth.
