Puducherry, Mar 27 : The territorial administration is taking all steps to celebrate the centenary of saint philosopher Sri Aurobindo's arrival to Puducherry, in a fitting manner.
To mark the occasion, the Departments ofTourism and Art and Culture of the administration organised a three-day music festival, which commenced here last night.
A running race would be organised tomorrow morning which would commence at Gandhi statue on the Beach road and pass through various thoroughfares before culminating at the Sankara Chettiyar Illam on the Vaisyal street where Sri Aurobindo lived. –UNI
