Sri Aurobindo Gnostic Centre of Education

The Gnostic Centre is continuously engaged in creating resources that emerge out of its ongoing work, as well as support that work based on study and action research in the fields of Integral Yoga, Psychology, Self-development, Integral Education, Management, Social Change, Transformative Learning, Culture...... These resources mainly take the form of:

A Bi-monthly Journal The Awakening Ray Welcome to The Awakening Ray
The Awakening Ray is a twofold movement...... it is the Ray that descends into the material consciousness and awakens it to its own divine self. It is also the Ray that rises up from Matter in response to this awakening. The Awakening Ray symbolises both the human aspiration and the divine response...... the divine inspiration and the human response. Our endeavour is to make this newsletter a means of deepening, widening and heightening these two movements.

Begun in January 1997, the journal is in its ninth year and deals with topics relevant to individual and social change, through articles and stories...A selection from the latest issue is regularly updated online and can be viewed on this site. You may also subscribe to the journal, and/or advertise in it. Copies of the latest issue are available in select bookshops of Delhi, Gurgaon & Pondicherry. You may also order by mail. Some of the recent themes have been:
