Nice isn’t it. This is one big problem of reading Sanskrit to English translations. A lot of what is to be conveyed is lost. Such a beautiful language, what seem like synonyms are entirely conveying the same thing. Always a purpose for each word, even if a synonym
Sri Aurobindo was probably the most articulate person of that age who understood what the great Sanskrit philosophies wanted to convey being a realized person. Can’t say about the other translators

We find ourselves in revolutionary ferment. @narendramodi ji invoked Sri Aurobindo's vision for India just prior to results day. I would like to tell Modi ji, Sri Aurobindo is *the* revolution. We must come to grips with our own darkness, so that there's light everywhere.

Veda doesn't speak of mayavada. It talks about realising and manifesting Brahman and it's attributes like light (knowledge) and immortality. Vedas are life affirming. Mayavada is a later day distortion.
Vedas and earliest Upanishads considered everything as Brahman. Sarvam Khalvidam Brahma. BrahmanSatayam Jagat Mityam was a later day distortion. Reality isn't a dream. It is a dynamic expression or Brahman. When one is identified with static Brahman, it may appear dream like. +
But that would be a partial realisation popularised by Adi Sankara. A more integral Truth would be to see Brahman in both it's static and dynamic attributes. From Sri Ramakrishna to Sri Aurobindo, that correction has been clarified.

That's more likely Kasmiri Shaiviam/Trika/Tantrā doctrine. Ramakrisna had a Tantrā Guru and also Advaita. So his positioning is understandable but from Advaita pov it's not incomplete!!

Don't fall for fake propaganda. You need money to be admitted and get residence in Auroville. To live also money is indispensable whether it is your own money or the money received from commercial, agricultural or institutional units where you may work. As for religion, find out.
